Get it Greenlit: Broforce

I've been roaming the Greenlight again and I've found another game I'm hoping my readers (assuming you exist) might help get on Steam.  Broforce is a ridiculous side-scrolling explosion-fest wherein you play some of the greatest (or perhaps 'worst' is the right word) action heroes of mindless American action movie history.  From Blade to John McClain to 'Indiana Brones', really any action hero you ever saw walk slowly away from an explosion you can play.  And in case it requires mentioning, Broforce also has a ton of explosions.

Broforce is a crazy, bloody, bullet-stormy little 8-bit wonder.  Each level starts you off with a random 'hero', and every time you die or rescue a captive you'll change to another random (but equally insanely-violent) action star.  As you rescue more captives (which give you extra lives), you'll unlock even more heroes to burn the world with, each with a unique weapon as well as some sort of insane super move, such as a missile barrage or a giant exploding poultry (most of the specials are explosions of some variety).  And with almost all of the terrain being destructible, you'll have plenty of objects to hurl your angry machismo at.

I have always been one for mocking what needs to be mocked, and Broforce is a hilarious, not-so-subtle jab at the American love of male violence coupled with non-existent plot--with American Flag checkpoints, 'Area Liberated' flashing across the screen as the level explodes beneath you, and harmless dudes that look like the devil 'guarding' the end of each stage.  But it is likewise a fucking amazing little throwback title that will have you blazing a trail of destruction across [hostile place name].  Vote for it on Steam Greenlight.
